Several years ago, I began the Waifu Hub saga using a small engine called Ren’Py. Dozens of waifus later, we’ve reached Version 12, now running on Unity with a huge number of features that simply weren’t possible in Ren’Py.
Everything has its cycle, and I believe the time has finally come to let go of Waifu Hub as we know it and move on to new projects that better fulfill my creative needs.
That’s why Waifu Hub 11 (also known as x2) will be the final main version. It will include the two remaining waifus that are still pending, and it’s scheduled for release in about two months.
But don’t worry — I’m not stopping making games.
Waifu Hub is evolving into something new and big!: Pink City Chronicles – Waifu Hub Side Stories, a full RPG that will carry over many beloved features from Waifu Hub while introducing tons of fresh mechanics and content.
