It has been a long journey since I started the Waifu Hub project, 11 versions over nearly more than 6 years. It has been a long and complicated road, but one full of interesting experiences. I learned a lot throughout the process, from the humble beginnings in Ren'Py to the latest version built in Unity with new features. The development has brought me great satisfaction.
However, the time has come to let it go and let it rest in peace, so I can move on to new projects. While there will no longer be major updates for Waifu Hub, I will still release small updates with some changes and bug fixes, but nothing more. No new waifus and no new content.
The truth is that I’ve reached a point of exhaustion with the concept, and I believe it’s better to let it go in order to start fresh with new things.
