Happy New Year Everybody!
I hope crossing over into 2026 has gone well for everybody. I hope this can be a big year for us over here. Big things are in the works behind the scenes, and we can't wait to share them with you. There won't be any announcement about what those are in this pos,t but you will be hearing around them soon, and if you have been paying attention to twitter and/or bluesky, you might already have a guess as to what's coming.
For now, the Lucas build. Things took a bit longer than expected, some because of technical difficulties, others because of art assets. Korichi went out of his way to make sure this CG was beautiful, and we think the wait was absolutely worth it. We hope you do too.
This is a pretty massive shift in Lucas' route, as with the others, and we hope you can continue what's being offered here. Kostya/Konstantin fans get a lot of enjoyment as well.
There's one other important thing to note, though. While I'm happy with this update itself, I haven't been happy with the state of Violet Memoir lately. I think I've gotten too sloppy in trying to stretch myself thin, and the quality has dropped because of it. Some time during February, I want to release an update that will exclusively be typo fixes. This won't replace the regular upcoming Leigh build, but it's something I think you all deserve.
Lastly, there may be some struggles going between old saves/versions of Violet Memoir and this one. There was some serious updating and file transferring behind the scenes over the last couple of months. So just be aware that if things don't quite work, it might require a fresh install, but let's hope it doesn't come to that.
