Okay, so development polls, at long last they rear their head again. And one of the winning votes was for me to take a day off. So that's what I'm going to do, exactly one day off. That means you all get your release a day early! Now, I can't really be trusted not to work... so I'll be providing proof that I did indeed not work next week. I'm gonna make a cream pie!
As for the actual work I did, there was quite a few things from last week that needed tightening up. I did a lot of complicated jiggery pokery (technical term) code wise and it needed duct tape. It should all work now.
But there was also a bunch of smaller things that I tightened up, for instance, you can now be informed that Cassidy did indeed manage to drive home safely after you kept her up all night talking. Alternatively you can top her up on 'energy'.
It was also requested that Cassidy have a bed crawl, so if she is feeling good after the drinking buddies scene, she can crawl into your bed.
We also have a new Lin memory, it might not be what you're expecting... but I hope you'll find it fun regardless!
I really wanted to get to all the girls dressing up as each other... but next time I hope you'll not vote for me taking a day off so I can keep working harder! I may try and squeeze it in anyway... Depends how Lisa Pregnancy part 1 planning goes, as that is the next major sprint!
All in all, it's been nice to put down crunch mentality. It served it's purpose and now it's time for me to just do regular dev again, and I feel I managed that this week. I've had a couple of weeks of just solid momentum and that has carried on through to this stuff.
