You can use the dragon transformation’s ‘Demand Worship’ skill on the Treasure Dragon to get his ‘Glowing Gem’ status for yourself which will give you stats based on how much money you have.
Options to talk to the Treasure Dragon in battle - You can submit to him to keep the dragon from attacking, or you can tell him to get a job at the Collection Facility so he can get money without needing to take it from you. If he’s got the Chocolate Coins active, you can get him to earn money at the restaurant by participating in food-eating contests.
2 Muscle and 2 Fat ending pictures for the Treasure Dragon (The ending pictures you get when you find him in the forest are different from the ones when you find him in the castle)

Chance of getting the event where the Dragon uses shackles on you has been changed, plus the screen during the shackle event has been prettied up a bit.
If the Chocolate Coins are in his hoard and his hoard is particularly large, you can get a pouch of Gravity Gems when defeating him in battle. These can be placed in his hoard to keep Fat from affecting his Energy.

The Mysterious Rogue’s poison daggers will poison him if they are reflected. Also he will no longer be able to do the 'disappear into shadows' move multiple times in a row.
You can Grapple the Forest Knight when he raises his shield.
If you have the Dodge ability, you can dodge the Komodo Jock’s grapples as long as he isn’t too big
