I don't often do seasonal themed stuff so I'd like to try something Holloweeny this time around. List down ghouls, ghosts and other monster or spooky themed characters will be given priority.
Winners are to be decided from a lottery pick of ten entries. Entries of whom are picked from this suggestion post and will be from a mix of popular names between patrons and characters I find interesting. Each entry's odds are determined by the number of votes they get from the poll that will follow.
Winners will be placed on cooldown for at least 2 polls.
