I thought I'd uploaded this already. In fact, I had uploaded a few public chapters to RoyalRoad, but hadn't uploaded here, or if I had, I'm not seeing them. So here is a story called A Kitsune's Ascent, a commissioned work from Natalie, cowritten by my buddy KitsuneObsessedFreak and yours truly.
Fun work exploring a urban world where the magic comes back and a rather unfortunate or lucky, depending on perspective, character who gets a bit more out of the deal than usual.
