DESCRIPTION
Dan and I had the day after Thanksgiving off a couple of weeks ago so we took a drive to check out an area of Point Reyes that we'd never seen. We were anticipating hoards of people given that it was a holiday, but were delighted to find that we had the beach almost completely to ourselves for quite a while; I guess it was enough off the beaten path. Anyhow, it was wonderfully sunny and peaceful and I was able to romp around freely for a bit. These images are from the first area of the beach we traversed, which was very lovely, but the views were even more striking as we explored further; stay tuned for part 2!
