Hi everybody!

Hope everyone's been doing well.

I want to start off by saying thank you all for your continuous support despite my lack of updates and posts. I appreciate all of you, and I'm thankful for each and every one of you.

To address the silence and lack of posts: it's been tough for me lately. Personal stuff keeps happening: medical issues, financial troubles, lack of motivation... getting into a good drawing rhythm has been hard.

Despite that, I've been hard at work finalizing the remaining commissions in my queue so I can focus more on my personal art. It is quite sad that I have to rely on commissions to stay afloat and make ends meet, paying bills and such. But hopefully, I can focus mainly on Patreon soon and make it my main source of income!

What does this mean for the future?

I'll try my best to change the way I go about posting things online. I really don't like paywalling my content, but the way things are going, I might have to make Patreon the main place where I post art and updates.

What happened to Road Favors?

Unfortunately, my personal projects have had to be put on hold for an indefinite amount of time. So, hiatus. At least until I can get my bearings and feel financially comfortable enough to work on my own projects again. No, the comic is not cancelled. I want to see that project done more than anyone else, and it will be done!

Are you still gonna take commissions?

short anwser: yes. I still wanna draw y'all and your characters! But I wanna aim to do it less often and open for fewer slots so I can actually deliver them on time and still have time to work on my own drawings.

Getting into this new groove will take me some time to adjust but that's what I've decided to try to do. Empasis on the word "try". But yes, That's where my head has been at. Just wanted to do a quick update post to not keep you guys in the dark any longer.
