Happy Halloween, everyone!
After a whole month of working on it (and basically nonstop the last couple of weeks...), I present to you this year's October project, Embay Circle!
This is a text-adventure game that mixes in a lot of visual elements. I've always wanted to try my hand at a text adventure, buuuuut I like having art to look at to, so this is what we get!
You play (mostly!) as Devin. It's time for a fun night at your friend's place, but something odd happens, and you find yourself having to track him down and get him out of whatever mess he might have gotten into.
This game relies solely on text input for everything beyond the game menu and will require some thought about how you might need to progress.
It is really NOT optimized for Android devices due to constant text input, but it is playable!
I hope you guys have some fun with this, as it was definitely another thing waaaaay outside my comfort zone (puzzles just aren't my jam to make, haha). It was a fun experiment nonetheless!
The game is missing some art for the ending, as we ran short on time, so I plan on running an update later on to add in new art for that and maybe something like a 'replay' feature for certain... scenes.

There will be 2 ways to access the file! One is through Itch.io. This is the same with as I distributed Endless Bounty. This is how I will do the future update for this project as well!
