Be warned, spoilers ahead in case you haven't played beyond a certain point! This is not a comprehensive guide and only an outline.
I suggest that you have the best endings completed for all of the other routes too, as to get the best possible experience in Dwayne's route. Going in without those will still lead to a great time though!
Dwayne's route has no good or bad ending either, so make whatever choices you find the most appealing!
Keep in mind, this is not a comprehensive guide and only outlines what I think the best choices are (beyond getting his day started!). Be sure to experiment and see what changes up depending on the choices you make!
Day 1:
Do anything. Day 1 choices do not impact Dwayne's route.
Day 2:
"Hang with Coach": You have to choose this one, otherwise Dwayne will not appear.
"Sure": +1 Like - Another choice you must pick, or you will pass on his route.
"Inside": +1 Like Point (He likes to be cool!)
"Help": +1 Like - Another choice you must pick, or you will pass on his route.
"Accept": +1 Like
As long as you follow this, you will start Dwayne's route regardless of any other choices you make on Day 1 and 2.
Day3:
"Yeah": +2 Like Points
"Agree with fate": +1 Like Points
"Go for power": +1 Like Point
Possible +3 Like Points and 1 CG
Day4:
"Flirt": +2 Like Points and +1 Flirt Point (Flirting leads to many dialog changes throughout)
"Yes": +2 Like Points
"Tease him": +2 Like Points and +2 Flirt Points
Possible +6 Like Points and +3 Flirt Points and 1 CG
Day5:
"You can model it for me!": +1 Flirt Point
As long as you have 4+ Flirt, you'll trigger the Jockstrap Tease Variable for later
"To the edge!": +1 Victory Point
"Experiment": +1 Victory Point
"Plink": +1 Victory Point
Ask All 4 questions: +3 Like Points (Ask None for +0 and any other amount gets +1)
"Try it": +1 Like Point
"It's fine": +1 Like Point (Sharing food impacts things later too)
Possible +1 Flirt Point, +5 Like Points and 2 CGs
Day6:
+1 Like Point for these combos of clothes -
- Compression top and bottom
- Banana shirt and khakis
- Jacket and Chaps
"Kiss him more": +1 Flirt Point

Day7:
As long as you had him try on the pink stringer top, have +3 Flirt points and +15 Like Points, you'll get the chance for a special image.
"Clothes off": +1 Flirt Point +3 Like Points
Possible +1 Flirt Point and +3 Like Points and 2 CGs
Day8:
As long as you sleep with your clothes off and have 4+ flirt. you can -
- "Tease him": +2 Flirt Points and +1 Like Point
"Tell him it doesn't bother you": +1 Love Point
"I'll go with you too": +1 Love Point
As long as you have 2+ Love Points, you'll get a special CG.
Possible +2 Flirt Points, +1 Like Point, +2 Love Points and 2 CGs
Day9:
If 2+ Love Points:
- "No": +1 Love Points and +1 Flirt Point
As long as you have 5+ Flirt and 2+ Love, you get a special CG
Possible +1 Love Point and +1 Flirt Point and 2 CGs
Day10:
"They didn't": +1 Voyeur Point
As long as you triggered the Jockstrap Tease on Day 5, you'll see Dwayne and the MC in jocks and get more options:
- "Flirt": +1 Flirt Point and +1 Like Point
The Jockstrap will impact the following locker room CG as well. On top of that, if you've completed Spencer's best ending, the CG will be different.
"Tease Spencer": Unknown Consequences as of now!
Possible +1 Voyeur Point, +1 Flirt Point, +1 Like Point and 2 CGs
Day 11:
When Dwayne asks if you are bothered by him thinking Ptichblack Primal is insanely hot, saying "Yes" will give you +1 Jealousy point.
If you have 0 jealousy points, you'll get an option talking about if Leon is hot. If you agree, you'll get +2 Like Points with Dwayne.
"Don't get caught next time": +1 Exhibition point, +2 Dwayne Like Points and different future options regarding how you feeling about spying.
Possible +1 Jealousy Point, +4 Like Points, +1 Exhibition Point and 2 CGs.
Day 12:
If you were okay with spying and think Leon is hot, you'll get a special picture of Leon this day.
Choosing "Well...": +1 Jealousy point and cements that you're bothered by the thirst over Leon.
If you're at <= 1 Jealousy and didn't choose "Well...", you get a choice to choose "And so is Leon!". Choosing that will get you +1 Like Point and cement the idea you think Leon is hot.
"Besides, I'd let him...": This series of choices mostly impacts types of dialog you'll see later.
Possible +1 Jealousy Point, +1 Like Point and 3 CGs.
Day 13:
"Disagree with him": +1 Love Point and backing up that you enjoyed the museum trip.
Possible +1 Love Point and 2 CGs.
Day 14:
"Make a suggestion": +1 Flirt Point and +2 Love Points and a CG.
"Do it": +3 Love Points and agreeing that you'll do that manscaping session, which leads to another CG.
"Yes": +1 Love Point and future dialog changes.
Possible +6 Love Points, +1 Flirt Point and 2 CGs.
Day 15:
If you did the manscaping session and agreed to round two with Richard, you'll get a silly CG early in the day.
"Take the lead": +2 Love Points
Choosing "Approach" leads to fun dialog and changes in the future. If you have Chester and Dozer's best endings, you get a fun interaction with Dozer after they both leave the restroom. It'll leave to an option to "Confirm" something Dozer says, which also impacts future dialog.
Possible +2 Love Points and 1 CG
Day 16:
"Yes": Spencer will take his shirt off.
For the future, if you "Confirm" on the last day with Dozer and say "Yes" to Spencer taking his shirt off, then you also have Spencer's best ending, you'll get a special image. (This image isn't here yet, but there is dialog about it).
"Lick his finger": +1 Love Point
Possible +1 Love Point and 1 CG (currently).
Day 17:
If you were okay with spying, think Leon is how and told Dwayne to wear the yellow thong, you'll get a special image of Leon.
"Yeah, like a good, obedient man": +2 Love Points and impacts future content with obedient Dwayne.
Possible +2 Love Points and 2 CGs
Day 18:
If you have at least 10 Flirt Points > "Find out for yourself": +1 Exhibition Point and +2 Flirt Points
Possible +1 Exhibition Point, +2 Flirt points and 2 CGs.
Day 19:
The only choice currently has no impact on anything. It might come into play later though.
If you have at least 1 Voyeur point and took the "obedient Dwayne" option on Day 17, you'll get a special image of Dwayne.
Possible 2 CGs.
Day 20:
Day 20s dialog changes drastically between characters depending on your prior day choices and if you have the best endings of the cast.
Whoever you have the best endings for will appear in different swimsuits.
As long as you have Harold's Best Ending, you'll ge a special CG.
As long as you have the best ending for a character, the hot tub dialog will change.
During Spencer's sleepover: - You need his best ending to unlock 2 special scenes.
"Yes"
"Strip"
"Ask him if he wants to feel it"
Possible 4 CGs with one having multiple variants based on who you were with in the hot tub.
Day 21:
"Pet his head" - Spencer
"Tease him" - Dwayne later: +1 Love
If you have more than 12 love:
"Agree" - +3 Love

No choices to make.

Day 23:
"I will if he tries"
If you say "Nah" you get +3 Love, but that doesn't have a major impact.

This day plays differently depending on prior choices and Dozer/Chester's best endings.
"I'm glad you found it!": +1 Love
"Then I'll let you one day.": +1 Love
If you admitted to wanting a glimpse on Day 15 to Dozer and allowed handsy/teasing Dozer:
