After an intense pokemon battle Cynthia defeats Lusamine and she gets to humilliate her making her worship her sweaty feet in the pokemon stadium. This is an appropriate way to punish Lusamine for her evil deeds, those fluffy socks make Cynthia's feet sweat a lot, so Lusamine will have to taste those sweaty toes down her throat. But Luisamine will not be defeated without a fight, she gets a little revenge by tickling Cynthia's vulnerable and soft soles, Lusamine used her saliva to soften those tasty soles and now they are more vulnerable to tickles.
