Alear plans to grant Ivy the Pact Ring, but before making that decision she wants to test Ivy one last time. Alear needs to taste Ivy's endurance by tickling her feet, and this test needs to happen right now to catch Ivy's feet fresh and profusely sweaty from all the quest (it looks like this is only due to Alear's personal preferences). Ivy doesn't refuse, she will obey Alear until the end and this test is not the exception. Will Ivy resist this relentless tickling? maybe she won't be able to endure Alear's tongue on her sweaty soles eventually.
