This is the new rework, friends of the group: The Dead Or Alive Venus vacation special outfit "Yuki-onna"
I think that when I posted it I said it was Snow White, but no, the best description of this outfit is that one. The Yuki-onna is a famous youkai from the cold regions of Japan who lures men to eat them. And it's said that this woman is extremely beautiful... which is why that's the best description.
