[Clipfile&Timelapse]ISBG cover- Chapter23

I’m diving into Chapter 23 now. For this cover, I want to update both the ClipStudio file and the timelapse, including the long version and the 30-second one.

After I threw on the base color for this image, I used the matte painting technique to build up the layers slowly, so I didn’t bother naming the file.
