Option #1: Three women sitting at a bar. Satsuki, Esdeath, and Makima all of whom are accompanied by a special companion from their respective shows acting as their bar stools. The three are a bit tipsy as they discuss the pains of being powerful dominatrixes. Satsuki starts off by complaining about how weak Ryuko is, looking down at her with a scowl. Ryuko being Satsuki’s plus one and tied up with rope, returns the sentiment before getting bombed by Satsuki’s roaring ass. Esdeath chimes in saying how she’s putting her sweet little Tatsumi on a fart endurance training regiment to make him stronger. Esdeath looks down and we see Tatsumi frozen from the head down with a terrified look in his eyes as his nose and mouth are being covered by Esdeath’s ass. She smiles at him and blushes before leaning to the side and letting a steamer out, accidentally catching Satsuki in the crossfire. Satsuki complains while waving her hand and giving Tatsumi her condolences for being weak. Finally we see Makima finish a huge beer and asks the two why their partners are so distressed by farts as she rips a huge fart on Denji who sniffs it with enthusiasm. Makima pets Denji calling him a good dog, Satsuki, Ryuko, and Tatsumi look over with concerned and worried expressions and Esdeath cheerfully compliments Makima saying “Aww, your relationship is so cute!”
The next panel shows a bunch of bar foods/appetizers like pretzels, cocktail shrimp, nachos etc. All of which are accompanied with drinks causing them to become more intoxicated and much more bloated, perhaps with a little beer belly. Satsuki burps before says something like, “perhaps that extra serving was unnecessary.” before all of there stomach growl causing them to smile as they begin unloading the excess pressure in their guts onto their poor stools. Makima than says “I apologize for having the best stool out of the three of us.” which immediately annoys Esdeath who takes offense to her belittling Tatsumi. Esdeath rips a fart on Tatsumi which causes him to let out a muffled screem and Esdeath says “Denji is nowhere near as cute as my adorable Tatsumi.” Makima closes her eyes and smiles joyfully while saying that Esdeath clearly doesn’t know her partner well at all. As the tension sparks between the two Satsuki cuts in recommending that the three should move seats to switch things up. All three agreed.
The final panel is of the three girls playing with their new toys. Esdeath is now sitting on Denji and still incredibly bitter about the comment made by Makima takes out her frustrations on Denji who is now not enjoying the hellish barrage unleashed by Esdeath. Makima is know sitting on Ryuko as she is chugging a beer and simultaneously farting on a nauseous Ryuko effortlessly, she finishes before apathetically looking down at Ryuko and calling her pathetic. Last we see Satsuki sitting on Tatsumi letting out monsters from her ass as she complains about some of the other food they ate. Finally at the end Makima suggests they wrap it up with one final blast together, they look at each other smiling before clenching their fists and letting out a combined wave of nauseating gas that blows out the front of the building causing the door to pop off and glass to go flying.

Option #2: Smash Ultimate Zelda, with an ass as fat as it was in the fairy pic, is changing in the locker room after a yoga session with Wii Fit Trainer. While she bends over, Wii Fit shoves something up her butthole, which turns out to be a tiny Link. Zelda jumps in surprise asking what that was, and wii fit trainer replies that it's something to help with her gas problem, as zelda rips a mean one.
We then see zelda going about her day, with Link suffering due to her gassiness, including:

At the end, she's laying on her bed on her stomach, wearing a t shirt and no panties, she forces out a massive fart, causing Link to shoot up to the ceiling as she moans in pleasure from the feeling of him coming out. Her satisfaction is turned into embarrassment when he lands on the bed and she realizes he's been in there all day.

Option #3: A sequel duology to my commission involving Yuri, Monika and Futa Natsuki.
Futa Natsuki, now broken and addicted to Yuri and Monika's farts, asks Yuri if she can smell her farts. Yuri takes Natsuki back to her house where she sits on Natsuki's face who was laying on Yuri's bed. The first part has Yuri farting on Natsuki with her big ass wedging her face in. She looks back with a shy smile while Natsuki has hearts in her eyes as she farts. A front view of this same position shows Yuri now facing away from Natsuki as she enjoys reading her book while at the same time giving her a footjob as she continues to fart. The last part of the Yuri segment shows Natsuki and Yuri having sex although Natsuki can only put her penis in her ass. Yuri uses a leash to force Natsuki to go deeper (basically doggy style) as Yuri farts on her penis, at this point Natsuki has already gone insane due to intense pleasure. The Monika segment starts similarly to the Yuri segment where Natsuki begs Monika to let her smell her gas. It skips to Monika playing piano and letting out a farting tune. She then begins to tease Natsuki who is revealed to be shrunken down and under Monika's huge ass (thanks to her modifications she was able to shrink her). She farts on her again telling her to sniff as the hearts appear on Natsuki's eyes again. Monika kisses Natsuki's entire face before shoving her halfway up her ass as a buttplug. She begins to fart and gives her a finger job in the process. After Natsuki finishes, Monika, wanting to keep her there longer, pulls up her underwear and skirt and continues farting on her while doing her daily activities.

Option #4: Scene 1: Starts with Kazuma(Konosuba) and Subaru(Re:Zero) planning to peek at the girls bath before being caught by Tanya(Tanya the Evil) and Wiz(Konosuba). Both Kazuma and Subaru are tied up and locked into outhouse toilets with only their head sticking out and their mouth pried open. Wiz casts both a silence spell and an invisible spell on them before asking, “should we be doing this?” Tanya responds with, “yes it’s their punishment” before walking away.
Scene 2: The outhouse doors open revealing both a shy Megumin(konosuba) and an irritated Ram(re:zero). Red-faced, Megumin demurely sits on Kazuma and unleashes a barrage of farts. Meanwhile, Ram slams her butt onto the toilet/Subaru’s face, scrunches her own face and lets out one long putrid fart. Both girls exit leaving behind both boys coughing before the outhouse opens again.
Scene 3: It’s revealed that the people that opened it were Darkness(Konosuba) and Rem(Re:zero). Rem sits down softly on Subaru but releases silent putrid farts that waft out from underneath her, doing so with her eyes closed and a soft smile. Darkness meanwhile excitedly sits on Kazuma and lets out a loud explosive fart, she then pushes more until she lets out a shart on Kazuma’s face. Once again, both girls exit, leaving both boys in tears before the door opens again
Scene 4: This time it’s revealed to be Emilia(Re:Zero) and a very drunk Aqua(Konosuba). Aqua, being a goddess, is capable of seeing Kazuma and recognising the predicament he’s in, chooses this moment to get revenge and slams her butt down on top of him, grinding her butt into his face.
Emilia, believing herself to be alone, very shyly and nervously places a silence spell around herself before lowering her panties and sitting softly on Subaru before releasing the most horrific fart by far.
Both girls’ stomachs start growling before both Aqua and Emilia scrunch their faces and unleash an unending amount Brown farts. The 2 leave, leaving both of the boys completely knocked out.

Option #5: The skunk trio have been building up gas (maybe for 3 years, it’s pretty rancid and stinks super bad) and they’re kind of pent up. They want to find another cute magical girl like Illya to absolutely destroy with their farts. They go to check up on Illya and find Illya’s cute friend Miyu trying to save her. Miyu is immediately captured and she gets to experience a “Greatest Hits” full skunk course of the evil trio’s best magical techniques (Gas Mask Torture, Fart Bubble Torture, and Giantess Stink Bomb).
Gas Mask Torture:
Miyu is held by magical pink restraints around her body that keep her from moving. Skunk Yae likes Miyu because she reminds her of herself. Skunk Yae uses a gas mask and gets into a firing pose (shown in reference). Skunk Yae’s pumps the gas mask full of her rancid 3 year old farts. The farts are leaking out the mask and have skull marks. If possible, I’d like it to be a magical girl-like gas mask with ribbons and a poison skull mark on it. (It was made specifically to sniff magical skunk girl farts) I would like the final shot to be a POV of the Miyu looking into the gas mask as the inside is nearly saturated with skunk gas while Skunk Yae’s tongue is sticking out :p (Magical gems charge up on the final shot so it looks extra deadly) .
Fart Bubble Torture
Skunk Ryiru heals Miyu back up so she can be skunked again. It’s the classic fart bubble special, the one that was used on Illya. Skunk Ryiru gets into a firing pose (shown in reference) and fills the bubble up. The gas has skull marks as it fills the bubble. For the final shot, I would like another POV of the inside of the fart bubble as it’s filled up completely with skunk gas (Magical gems charge up on Ryiru’s final shot so it looks extra deadly as well). Skunk Ryiru has an evil smile as she forces out all of her gas in the final shot.
Giantess Rukoruko’s Stink Bomb
The best has been saved for last and we get Giantess Rukoruko with a magic crystal anal plug (similar to this request)
Rukoruko is facing her asshole so that Miyu is directly in the firing range. The magic crystal anal plug allows Rukoruko to release the plug exactly when she wants to. Rukoruko begins a countdown.
On 3, Rukoruko starts grunting as she puts all of her strength into firing her fart.
On 2, Rukoruko’s gems and eyes glow with magic power.
On 1, gas starts leaking from the immense pressure that has built up. The smell causes Miyu to have a sick face.
The fart nuke stink bomb is released and covers the rest of the frame in a giant skunk gas explosion with stinky skulls and hearts.
If there’s enough space, I’d like for both Illya and Miyu to be in the crater together as the air is completely filled with stink.
