half-states for shirt (one option, affecting top & bot), panties and pantyhose with thigh band only

had to make the shirt one half-state for top & bot, else there would be a visible seem between top & bot part ┐(´ー｀)┌maybe i'll do alternatives with a later update

bot with no half-state (originally the panties are the alt. state) and i don't like doing the "pulled down" ones 'cause they're messy ( •̀⤙•́ )
