Hey team! Been a minute. Let me get y'all up to date.
As of today, all three parts of the Adventure Game Tier List have been compiled and put up on YouTube. They are doing far, far weaker numbers than my usual stuff, and only one got a sponsor, so this project has made me a lot less money than expected! But I just rewatched Part 3 and... damn, I'm really proud of it. And, really, you don't make a 50-game tier list for a niche genre because you expect it to make you rich. You do it because it's what your heart wants.
I also broke the Outer Wilds review out into a standalone vid to make sure people who don't watch the list get to see it (and possibly generate some intrigue for the list itself). Considering doing similar for the King's Quest 2016 non-review, but that one would take more re-editing to contextualize. Pondering it.
I know it's April, but I still haven't figured out this year's quantifica projects. I have a lot going on in my life right now, and need to get through some things before I can make predictions about my year. Might end up doing a series of smaller projects or something, instead of a year-long thing. But I have been making minimixes, and I figure I might as well share them with you instead of saving them for whenever quantifica gets off the ground. So:

Moody vibes this year!
As for what's next: Protagony: Gordon will go public next week (you've already seen it), and then I'm at loose ends for a bit. Currently, I have a completed draft of a video that is definitely not about Andor, and may have completed a draft of my video on John Wick (debating whether it needs a little more plot summary to function). I have also recorded the audio for the talk I gave back in December, I just need to edit it and sync to my slides, whenever I find time for that.
We are in an interesting period if "seeing how the channel does with no more Alt-Right Playbook and after a year away," and so far results are inconclusive! The Patreon is growing, for the first time in quite a while, though I obviously can't maintain "five videos in six weeks" going forward. But, also, not everything I make is gonna be quite so niche. I'm finding what my new audience is gonna be, and we'll discover together what we can make work.
This is all to say: I am not going anywhere. This remains my job, and I'm glad you're with me on this journey.
