Hey gang. New Lore stuff for Hingsajagra! With a new map! Consolidating a lot of things.

From the writings of the Ultramystic Sutasoma

There is truth to the world, and it is as thus.

In the Beginning there was the End. In the End there was the Beginning.

This is the First Contingency. And with it, the First Condition: if something happens to cause the movement of the stars, then the stars will move. This is the material body.

A twist of hyperchaotic flux and matter burst into every direction. This event is known as Firstlight. From it arose the first pieces of matter--the stars and the cosmic dusts. The hyperdense celestial beings and the hyperchaotic atoms from which all conditionality and contingency arose. This is no Essence, this is Conditionality. The probabilistic movements and vibrations brought about by the Greatest Act of Violence made it so orientations of objects gave rise to hyperactive withdrawn qualities, which would be no different from Gods. Gods have different Consciousnesses than Humans. These First Gods are the withdrawn qualities of these hyperdense and hyperchaotic things. These Gods are now Dead--though that meant nothing at this time. You see them as stars, or distant galaxies, or distant planets.

Kalpas passed before the solar system that would eventually house the planet of Hingsajagra arose, from a hundred conditionalities. These myriad conditionalities stay. Now we have a slice of time, which in itself is nothing but a meager line in the Longest Explosion Ever. That is all the world ever is, after all. The only sure thing is Change. Change will only bring one to one other thing: the End.

On Sunyata

The fundamental essence of all things is sunyata, which we will call Void. It is hollow, empty, negation upon negation. That is to say: it is nothing. There is no fundamental essence to anything--they are all conditioned effects arising from other conditioned effects. A sprawling, endlessly interlocking web of interdependence. We call this Shagra's Net. Once you realize that nothing is the fundamental essence--and that when we say that all sentient beings have Buddha-Nature and Buddha-Nature is Void--then we can speak about things actually important.

There is no First Cause or Prime Flame that empowers all. There is no Great Will that engenders movement and dynamism or causes existence to arise. All of this is Emptiness and Cyclical.

The smallest mote of materiality is labeled Sunyatite by Mountain Scientists. This is not actually made of sunyata, but it is the closest thing to the foundational material, which makes up the atoms, which make up the worlds. Sunyatite is empty of all essence or quality. They are sometimes strands, sometimes intertwined, sometimes dots.

Sometimes sunyatite clumps together in such a way that it is conditioned to arise as pure power or pure information. Like solidified human thought or consciousness. This is known as Magnetite, and it can be used as a power source for karma engines.

On Gods

Even the Gods are Deluded.

Any God that believes they created the Universe are pierced through with pure ignorance and avijja. Poor sods. There are many of them, but none of them have ever been to the beginning of Time, because none of them are old enough! None of them will live long enough either to see the Final Dissolution of Materiality, and the start of the next Contingency.

But Gods are powerful beings all the same. They possess higher order powers, better bodies, better mind-capacities, and the unique ability to express their divinity through awesome powers brought about by meditations, advanced sciences, advanced rituals, advanced physical perfection, all brought about by their higher order Bodies and Minds.

Make no mistake, any God of any natural process does not, in truth, materialize from that process nor do they embody or personify those natural processes--that is a realization of a lower Consciousness. In our more enlightened times we know that all Gods are nothing but Guardians and Harnessors of the Natural Processes. Gods of Lightnings are not Lightning themselves--though they can harness it. Gods of Time are not Time themselves, though they can manifest themselves as such. These Principles that govern the world--themselves ultimately empty--are the Laws all follow, the contingent truths that arose from the Firstlight. It changes, every World-Rebirth. Some worlds have magick, others never attain the tantric ability to break its very systems.

Due to the nature of Gods, there are a billion of them, more than there are stars, just as many as there are motes of dust in the universe. Many of them are former humans who attained considerable strength, or moral beings that reincarnated as gods. The greatest of the gods are not constrained to a single Material Body: they move and flow through the Universe as pure Consciousness--that is, atomic form.

On Buddhas and Bodhisattvas

Buddhahood or Perfect Gnosis is a human explanation for the unshackling of the Mindstream eventually from their atoms. In essence, when Dissolution is achieved--others call it Nirvana--that entity dissipates into the Universe once again. Those that have attained greater magick powers can manifest themselves or echoes of themselves into the world despite being now separate from it. These Buddhas that choose to reincarnate or incarnate anyway--known commonly as bodhisattva--instead of achieving Ultimate Dissipation wield immense Enlightenment to act as the Universe, which is Void, to help others attain Enlightenment like they.

Buddhas realize they live in a Fake Universe, a product of a worldbuilding project.

While the strength of the Gods are purely material--remember, even magick is material, and the spirit is a material reality in this universe--a Buddha's power range is incomprehensible and uncountable, completely vast and far, that all gods will bow down, even the highest ones with the greatest accumulations of Divine Powers.

On Saints and Failed Enlightenments

Saints are those that have been blessed with Flare--the gift of Enlightenment. Sometimes it is bestowed to them or given to them after death, as with the Saints of Yenja. Sometimes it is attained upon attaining Lesser Enlightenment--as is the case with Arhats.

Lesser Enlightenment is Enlightenment with the understanding of all things and eradication of ignorance, but without the Complete Dissipation into the Universe.

Some fail enlightenments. At the final gate of Cessation, they doubt. They fail. All the Fetters that they have removed suddenly come and wrap around them. Often this is not their own fault: Monsters and other Jealous Gods might force Failed Enlightenments through Encasement or Conversion Rituals. Whatever the cause--and all of them are truly evil--those that are Failed Enlightenments are known as Pitiful Buddhas, and walk this earth with a broken mindstream. Often this manifests as aversion from all beings, hiding in tombs, waiting for death. Other times it manifests as Grandeur. These Pitiful Buddhas still have their Psychomagickal Attainments: many become kings, emperors, slayers, killers, and more.

On Death

What happens when we die? We go through the Interstitial, the Transitory Stage. Here our Mindstream--a contingent of its ignorance--binds itself and stays within the withdrawn qualities of the atoms that disperse upon death.

Eventually, eventually, this continuum lights another Body. The Body our Mindstream eventually settles upon depends wholly on the Weight of the Mindstream--Karma. The lighter our Karma, the greater the chance the atoms come together eventually as a god, or spirit. The heavier, the greater the chance for us to be reborn in dimensions lower than this, as hungry ghosts who wander the world unseen, or as Hell Beings in the 84,000 Punishment Planets.

What Mystics have been trying to say is this, and it is impossible to understand as it is ultimately incomprehensible, and that is why it is comprehensible, but the folly of the meager man is to try and understand everything, not realizing the Experiencing something is the same as touching it and being held within its embrace. It is thus: our Mindstreams are the withdrawn qualities of atoms. We are nothing but projections of the very qualities that we ourselves cannot ever understand. This is why Atoms never touch.

Any Soul that arises only arises as a manifestation of the Mind. The Mind is nothing but a manifestation of Ignorance. The goal with Buddhic, Gnostic, and God Traditions is the ultimate dispersal of our Mind into the All, into everything else, and in so doing achieve Ultimate Liberation from Suffering. This is Quenching. Extinguishing.

On The Utter Islands

The Utter Islands is the final continent. The only lasting island continent left in a world that has been drenched and flooded. Don't you realize the sky is closer now, to us?

In the times before humanity, in our random ancestral memories, there were great civilizations and gods and beings that we cannot ascertain. In the earliest times of humanity, we participated in their wars, fighting alongside these gods--who manifested to us as superpowered humans... but that is not their true form but simply one we can comprehend and experience.

In one of those great Primeval Wars the Ancients and Primordials fought until they caused a great flood, which we now call as the Deluge. After 3 centuries or 4 centuries, the planet of Hingsajagra was inundated and uninhabitable except for those that lived in the waters... this is why the gods and beings that live within the waters are so alien to us.

The only thing left alive was the great Nail of Dakmala, the mountain constructed by ancient civilizations to rise above the atmosphere, and there placed transdimensional orbital platforms to create the many many heavens of Hingsajagra.

At the end of these primeval wars was the casting down of a great giant entity, a god in the vague shape of a lotus. After being killed, it was thrown down into the waters of Hingsajagra and immediately solidified. It was killed upon the very Kij Dakmala (Dakmala Mountain) it was thrown down upon: its heart (or its receptacle) was skewered by Kij Dakmala and it died there. It was so huge that its body reached the ocean floor with many parts of it still jutting out. These became the Utter Islands, and they surrounded the

The Lotus God that was slain slowly was consumed by the Earth Mother--its corpse turned into sediment and volcanic activity fusing it together. And it is here, upon the corpse of a dead god, with kalpas of ancient civilizations greater than them--did begin the Age of Man.
