Wandering swordsmen. Vagrant alchemists. Mendicant geomancers. Peregrine wizards. Tenacious scholars. They roam the islands. Upon barges. Upon skyskiffs. Upon giant lizards. Upon royal horses.
Be they unsurpassable god or most wretched prisoner of hell...
They are broken upon the Whorl all the same.
