Basically, this includes only the scenes of all the characters returning to their university dormitory, with each scene depending on how you concluded the previous part of the story.
You either return:
with Klara: Foot scene, Stomach Scene or CV minigame
with Chika: Stomach Minigame, BV minigame
or with Madeline: UB minigame, AV minigame
Scenes with mini-games have several branching outcomes, some significantly different, while others are not as much. There is also seamless filtering of these options through the Scat filter, where any undesirable content will simply be replaced with a lighter version.
The game also includes a save file with a separate location where you can reselect all the options from previous updates, and you will be immediately transported to the beginning of this update.
