Hey everyone, this is Dogson and Blacky!
We bring the first pictures of the upcoming Rabbit head for you and we certainly hope you like what you see!
While some things are still WIP and while we are currently working on emotes and ironing out additional tweakables for the head in general, the standard loadout female and male face type variants are ready so we'd like to show them around.
In addition, the head comes with a legacy tweakable that reflects the shape of the old rabbit head. This was something we really wanted to include, as the original rabbit head had some well-known flaws. With this new version, we’re offering a replacement that closely resembles the old look, but features a much better UV map, stylized teeth, and a far more refined topology to work with.
With that said, we’ll be ending support for the old rabbit head on the next release. As always, all existing characters using it will continue to work, and the head will remain accessible in the deprecated folder - however, new body types will no longer be compatible with it going forward.
While we’re writing this, we’re also tossing around concepts for a new OC to showcase the head in action… and we figured Maple might have a nerdy sister. 😉
