We’re bringing you a “small” glimpse from behind the scenes, where a living legend is preparing for the spotlight once more!
That’s right, our old-timer Bob will soon make his way into FurryVNE, and he’s bringing along a bunch of new stuff:
Take a first look at the new rhino head, feet, ears, and horn, demonstrated here on the WIP model of Bob.
As usual, the rhino head comes with two face types, tweakables, and stock emotes, while the feet feature procedural masks for the toenails as well as the already well-known countershader. The same applies to the ears, include a procedural inner-ear mask.
While we continue adapting the rhino feet to the remaining body types and fine-tuning a few more functional details for the head, we’re aiming for this content release to launch around mid to late May. Blacky will also be sharing a few more posts during that time, including a fully dressed version of Bob soon.
We hope you enjoy this preview, and especially Bob’s new design. We tried to capture as much of the original model’s flavor as possible while still doing something fresh and new, most notably adding the beard, which has actually been planned for more than ten years now.
