New Friday, new WIP. This one is more of a story preview than new tum content, so if you want to go in blind, then don't watch. But if you're impatient, here's a tease of what's to come. This is only 1080p, I'll save the 4K export for the final video.
A lot of time was spent revisiting older parts of the animation, re-rendering them into video files and adding sound in post. Turns out Rive can transform text and wrap it around objects, so that made a summoning circle easy to make. For some reason, the text rings take the longest to export. I think Rive is bordering on crashing with some of the stuff I'm doing.
The first 3/4ths of the animation are basically done, and I think one more tum scene for the end will be enough for the public animation. I have an idea for the final scene, and hopefully I can do it justice. Let's see if I can finish this animation for or before next Friday.
What do you think of it so far? Excited for Rive animations? Or wish for the old animations? Thanks for your patience and TTFN!
