The is an ESI "Combat Crew" knife, sanctioned by ESI. CC are the individuals who assist in combating EarthGov pursuant forces, in their secondary or tertiary duties aboard the Stella spacecraft. Also they are issued to Sleeper Cell ground forces protecting the launch in the Amazon. The SC is left behind by design.
