Rules: The LIs that place first and second in the voting will not be included in the voting pool for the following two months.
The first and second place LIs each month are guaranteed to be randomly featured in that month's SFW and NSFW wallpapers.
But, it doesn't mean lower-ranked ones have no chance — might even do some group wallpapers, who knows.
Voting ends on the last day of each month.
