Another in the 'Rabbit didn't have a super clever idea and mostly just wanted to see a bimbo loser' series (not a real series).
This was an older idea, which I say a lot now because I think ideas up faster than I make them, and basically it was just 'what if to defeat a Sharingan user, the person used a self-destruct type jutsu that the Sharingan user copied without realizing.
I went with Rain because they're the sort of 'black ops' village that have some sort of cruel punishments for their own ninja so I thought it fit. The design of the enemy is taken from some random ninja I saw on the wiki, apologies if they're like, important in some filler or something and its confusing.
