Something pretty different from the first one. In this the setting doesn't change at all and in fact only really Izuku and his personal history change. In this world he was probably a meek nerdy girl and then one day decided to grow up into a Gyaru!
Channel Surfer's powers will sort of change to fit the scenario, rather than having a consistent method of working. Whatever I think is more fun for that particular change.
The theme here for those wondering are that genere of anime that's popular now where gyaru's and a nerdy guy are the main couple like Dress up Darling or Nagatoro. Technically Deku himself would be the nerdy guy but that obviously won't work so we made Shinbo the MC on this channel!
