Hello everybunny!Today we have a new and probably last WIP about Guilmon 💜
To be honest, this plush is being way more complex to pattern than we expected. Since we had already made this Digimon and similar ones in the past, we thought we would be able to remake him easily.But at the end, our skill level has changes so much since our first Guilmon years ago, and now we take more care of shapes and details. We want to give our best result ^^
But well, the weeks of effort and hard work were woth it, since after several tests editing the patterns and working on the embroidery, we can show you the finished head!! We couldn't be more proud of the result. Look at how adorable it looks ;___; we're in love.We think we captured this baby dragon's essence, both the head shape (more square and compact) and the friendly expression.
For the final plush, we will slightly rotate the eyes to make them look up more, but apart from that, it's perfect, it doesn't need any other change~What do you think? Do you think that the effort was worth it? >w<
By the way, if you're wondering why it has different eye colours, the answer is interesting. When we said that the prototype we were making with pink fabric was adorable and we felt bad for having to discard it, many people asked us if we would sell it. We don't usually sell the prototypes, but sometimes they turn out so good and the only mistakes they have is wrong fabric colors or small embroidery errors, that it's a shame to get rid of them. This was clearly the case. So we accepted selling it to one of our patrons, who asked us if we would make different colored eyes on the embrodiery test, since they also have heterochromia.We found it endearing and we accepted without doubt!

Hello everybunny!Hoy venimos con un nuevo y seguramente el último WIP de Guilmon 💜
La verdad es que está siendo un peluche mucho más complejo de patronar de lo que esperábamos. Como ya hicimos este Digimon y parecidos en el pasado, pensábamos que lo sabríamos rehacer fácilmente. Pero al final, el nivel ha cambiado mucho desde nuestro primer Guilmon, y ahora somos mucho más cuidadosas con los detalles. Queremos dar nuestro mejor resultado ^^
Pero bueno, el esfuerzo y las semanas de trabajo han valido la pena. Pues después de varias pruebas editando el patrón y trabajando en el bordado, os podemos enseñar la cabeza terminada!! Y no podríamos estar más orgullosas del resultado. Mirad qué adorable se ve ;___; lo adoramos.Creemos que hemos captado completamente la esencia del bebé dragón. Tanto la forma de la cabeza (más cuadrada y compacta) como su expresión simpática y amigable.
Para el peluche final, vamos a rotar un pelín los ojos para que mire más hacia arriba, pero por lo demás, está perfecto, no necesita ningún cambio más ~Cómo lo veis vosotres? Creéis que el esfuerzo ha valido la pena? >w<
Si os preguntáis, por cierto, por qué tiene un ojo de cada color, la respuesta es interesante. Cuando dijimos que el prototipo que estábamos haciendo en rosa era adorable y nos daba pena tener que tirarlo, mucha gente nos preguntó por si lo íbamos a vender. La verdad es que no solemos vender los prototipos, pero hay veces que quedan demasiado bien y solo están con colores incorrectos o pequeños fallos de bordado, y este fue un claro caso de ello. Así que decidimos aceptar venderlo a una de nuestras patrons, quien nos pidió que si, en la prueba de bordado de la cara, podíamos haberle un ojo de cada color, ya que tiene heterocromia.Nos pareció súper tierno y aceptamos sin dudar!
