"- How are you holding up Lena? You know, I have more of that shrinking agent. The guys collected all the samples they could get from that bank. I could get your phone to a more manageable size if you want.
- That's fine Angela...
- What you did today... It saved a lot of people. I know it must not feel like it right now, but you did the right thing.
- Yeah, maybe...
- *Sigh* Just let me know if they're anything I can do okay? I'll go back to HQ for now, continue to work on reversing that chemical.
- ...
- You know, you don't have to be mad at me for what happened. All I'm trying to do here is help you, Lieutenant!
- Sure, whatever Doc...
- See you later Lena. Call me if you feel anything... worse."
It's funny how post-processing a render can shift your point of view on it. The original story I had for this piece was more in the continuation of the dynamic I previously established between the two. However, as I spent time verifying details, fixing things, zoomed in on little Tracer being moody in her corner, this more "mature" take on the situation started to spawn.
I hope you still like it! It's different, so make sure to let me know what you think of it :D
