While checking my page's data today, I stumbled upon an exit survey that troubled me. Someone who unsubscribed mentioned that "they didn't receive the benefits/rewards described on the creator's Patreon page".
First of all, be assured that this post does not aim to call out anyone, the opposite actually. I'd like to say that I'll never hold it against anyone for unsubscribing. It's part of the the cycle and having received your support even just once goes beyond every expectations I had when I launched this Patreon.
There's still a reason for me to raise this up. If this feedback is founded, it means I do something wrong and I didn't deliver what I promised I would when you signed up. Which for me, is a very important matter.
If you've read through my posts here, you may have remarked that I often repeat that my DMs are always open. I genuinely stand by this. My goal with this page is to reward those who go the extra mile to support me and the stuff I produce. Therefore, I think it's only normal I listen to you should you have anything to tell me regarding this page or the content I make.
Please, if you ever feel like I'm not delivering what you've subscribed for, make sure to let me know. Even if you still want to unsubscribe afterwards, it doesn't matter. It's the only way for me to make things better and improve this whole endeavor. So, I'll say it again.
Should you have anything you want to share with me, positive or negative, please do so. Whether you do it here, on Twitter, on Deviantart... it doesn't matter. Speak your mind. Help me make things better, so you and everybody who subscribed to this Patreon can have a better experience.
