"That's really how you're gonna speak to me?"

The question echoed in Marissa's mind as the pressure on her back increased ever so slightly, causing her cheek to rub uncomfortably against the hardwood floor. Now that she was stuck in this precarious position, Marissa regretted taking that tone with the woman who had saved her from that cold and empty lab. After all, she was the first person to look and even talk to her since she had found herself trapped in this new diminished reality. Perhaps screaming at her all she had on her heart wasn't the wisest move.

"You've arrived here at 25 centimeters tall. An actually impressive height for a little thing like you. You're now 18 centimeters tall. Are you gonna act civil or do I need to shave a few more inches off for you to understand?"

Even without the foot pressing against her back, the threat of getting another taste from the device the titaness held would be enough for Marissa to comply. It had felt like her entire being was melting away. Her skin still felt slimy from the molecular rewriting her body had gone through. Despite the intense nausea, Marissa did her best to hold it in, fearing to anger the giant further if she puked on her floor. The thickness of the air around her didn't help.

"C'mon then, say something!" the soft yet commanding words rang in Marissa's ears, as the pressure relaxed ever so slightly to let enough air enter her lungs.

"I... I didn't..." Marissa hesitated, fearing her choice of words would aggravate her situation.

"Speak up, love. I can't hear you." Lena replied, releasing a bit more pressure off her captive's back.

"I didn't mean to blow up at you like this!" Marissa finally admitted.

"Well I guess a bit of time under there calmed your nerves. Good. Do you want me to remove my foot now?" Lena asked in a warmer tone.

Marissa wanted nothing more. It felt like every part of her body begged for her mouth to say the words that would get her free. The tiny woman fought off the urge, making sure to rid her voice of fear and anger.

"Yes. Please." Marissa replied as humbly as she could, hoping to sound apologetic enough for the giant woman to comply.

"Will you behave if I do?" Lena continued, wanting to test her latest pet's resolve.

"I will!" Marissa immediately replied, her voice betraying a hint of impatience and frustration.

"Fine. I'll move it. But you'll stay here a bit after I do. If I'm gonna take care of you, I think we gotta work on that little attitude problem of yours..." Lena gently explained as she raised her foot away from the shrunken woman's back and laid it flat next to her tiny form. As the uncomfortable weight lifted away from her spine, Marissa felt like she could breathe again. Every bone and muscle within her begged for relief as they suffered in this humbling pose. But Marissa didn't dare to move an inch, in fear of breaking the charitable accord she had agreed upon.

"Don't worry, love. That won't be a regular thing. It's just good for your little souls from time to time..."

A quick story to accompany a render I've had in store for quite some time! This scene just happened as I tested a few things in Daz and I didn't have a clear narrative for it. I couldn't think of a unique narrative for it - it's just more in the Victims of the Anomaly series. Which could indicate it's coming to a creative end :)

Still, I'm quite happy with the visual and its dynamics. I hope you'll enjoy it!
