For the rear hole, an inflatable plug was sufficient to keep it clean and tight. Since this specimen was a service slave who had no reproductive duties, the hormone balance was adjusted so that the ovaries did not produce any eggs and therefore no disturbing cloacal discharge had to be expected. Although the female had deliberately not been given any more fluids since admission, it would continue to excrete urine for a few days, which was drained through a bladder catheter and collected in a bag.
After the processor had taken these precautionary measures, the limbs hanging limply from the dazed female could be stowed in the transport crate.
