Spinner draw!

hey yall, I'm gonna use the same digital spinner I used last month. Let's do a draw! please comment on numbers 1-30 and I'll spin the wheel! whoever wins can choose between a full colored image or a partial shaded 4 panel comic! both with backgrounds. Characters need to be 19+ and human characters only~
