The issue with top with Emissive Plugin is that plugin doesn't save settings for flickering. You have to go to Plugin Tab then to EmissiveExtraEffects, check Color Tweening Enabled, check Pulse Enabled, change Pulse Speed to 5, change Tween color 2 to pitch black. Can change other setting on your preference
