Added 11 cleaners sweeping the floors in the interiors: Burger Shot, Cluckin' Bell, The Well Stacked Pizza, 24/7, Victim.
Added a kitchen worker in Burger Shot, Cluckin' Bell, and The Well Stacked Pizza.
Added an event of a man pissing, washing his hands, and exiting the Burger Shot toilet (inspired by a beta screenshot).
Added a luau on the small beach in Flint County.
Added 200 parking meter objects and some parking limit signs throughout San Andreas. These are two objects that Rockstar forgot to use; breaking them drops money (original game mechanic).

Fixed a rare crash in the "LEAN1" and "BEGA1" scripts.
Fixed two map objects interfering with missions.
