I'm launching a new tier called Producer, and I want to be upfront about what it actually takes to make what I'm promising here, because I think it changes how you see the price.
🎬 Producer – $30/month
This tier is for people who want to see my comics become real cinematic short films — not 60-second clips, but proper 15-minute movies with storytelling, scenes, and structure. Think of it as a shapeshifting comic, but in movie format.
Here's the honest reality of what that production looks like:
To make one of these films, I use Seedance 2 — currently one of the best AI video generation tools available. A single 15-second scene costs roughly $3 to generate. But getting one good scene means generating 5 to 15 versions of it to find the right motion, framing, and feel. A 15-minute film has dozens of scenes. The raw generation cost alone runs $500–$1,300 per film, before I've touched editing, sound, music, or spent a single hour on the actual work of writing and directing it.
That's what your support funds. And that's why the production cycle is 1–3 months per film — this is real work.

I'm actively shooting Thousand Faces Part 2 right now. It's already sitting at around 8 minutes of footage, and it's shaping up to be a prequel to the first film - telling the story of how Isla gained her powers.
