Believe it or not, I kinda cut this down a bit. My writing style leans toward "write too much in the first draft and then chop it down later." I think—kinda hope—that the action scene here will shrink again in the final draft, but it's one of those sexytimes that is also supposed to make a couple points, for both characters and plot. We'll see.
As always, I'm deeply grateful for everyone's support. I know things are rough out there for a lot of us.
