This week was mostly spent on polishing the previous v0.06 testing version and smashing bugs, and I'm happy to announce v0.06 drops soon!
Without further ado, let's get into it!
v0.06-RC-2 version is currently available to Patreon members of the $5 tier and above who are in the Vorecade Discord server. Check out this article on how to connect your Discord account with Patreon.
Map Mode
A new map mode has been added to the game board! You can now press M to get a top-down view of the map and move around using WASD. You can also zoom in/out using the mouse wheel.
Scenario Devtool
A new devtool has been added to the scenario mode, toggleable by pressing P, it lets you view your stats, opponents, skip turns and some more things like forcing a dice roll etc.
Some of the stats in the tool (like Adoring Fans and Temperament) are yet to be implemented, but will be coming in the future!
That Minor Changes Section
Added antialiasing settings
Added weather ambiences to races, currently limited to rain.
Improved weather effects in races.
Added new tile events. (Mystery tiles)
Fixed some bugs introduced in v0.06-Unstable-B
Updated Character Editor documentation.
