I did not know who this character was till I looked it up 2 minutes ago. 👍 I think this set is pretty good though.
Ran into the face error again (because most of these are from the stockpile of already made images) but I was able to mostly ignore it because I fine tuned my tool for fixing faces. You might see some faces that are a bit sharp looking, like they need antialiasing, but you won't have to worry about that happening again because I've already fixed it.
So... Fingers... They're known for being hard to draw and being hard to generate. Today I've probably fixed more Ai hands than I've ever had to. I don't know why this character specifically had 6+ fingers on every hand on every image. If you look for it you'll probably see the evidence of cleanup on many hands. I wish I could make this issue go away, but I don't know if I could even make a hand tool like I made a face tool, the problems are just too different in scope. I know hands will continue to be a problem in the future, but I hope they aren't as bad as they were for this set.
I've put together pieces for a new tool that will likely increase the keeper rate of images. Something that'll stop the image from processing if it detects something yucky like gore or scat content. So, in theory it will spend more time on the keeper images and I won't have to be subjected to piss fetish content in the first place. (I don't know why it shows up at all to be honest) Now, if only it could be trained to recognized abominations, the entire spartan baby pit channel in the discord wouldn't exist.
I watched Dungeon Meshi for the first time recently and I'm kind of surprised how well all the expressions are drawn. It made me feel amazed they were able to translate the vivid feel of emotion from the manga. I also sort of felt remiss that I'm leaning so much toward quantity instead of focusing more on a tighter set of better images. It is a discussion I've had in the past. I know now that it's not objectively the correct way forward. All I need to do is look at the score for my images on rule34 and see that the images I like most are often the ones rated the lowest. It's cruel in that way that success is completely removed from effort. I feel alienated in that I'm not really my own core audience anymore. What else is there to do but accept it?
