I've gotten rid of the voting system, and have decided to pick the characters based on a pre-established criteria. I won't go into detail about the pre-established criteria, and I won't be biased towards any character or user. So, even obscure or less popular characters have a good chance at being added into the Pinup Poll.
Rules:
Comment only one character per post/week
No specific requests
No live action, OCs, or VTubers
Characters can only win once a month

Random Themes: anime/manga, cartoon/comic, and video games
Once a theme is chosen, it won't appear again until all other themes have come out.
Video games based on anime/manga or cartoons/comics don't count, and vice versa.
- For it to count, the character's first appearance must come from a video game.
