FINALLY, IT'S DONE!
As promised, here is the full image set, including alternative stomachs just in case there are those who prefer a belly with more rounded proportions.
It was also helpful learning-curve for me; the background/objects being something I've never done in these way before. This took a lot out of me trying to get this done and posted before Halloween, but I'm very happy with how they all come out in the end.
