I know I owe a lot of private messages, I will finish them as soon as possible!
This MOD added hdt-SMP cloth physics to the Templar Assassin Armor‘s cape.
Require HDT-SMP (Skinned Mesh Physics) or FSMP - Faster HDT-SMP.
Also require the original mod from FafnyB.

Then use this patch to cover it.
