Barracuda Release

This is the long awaited Barracuda. It has 4 motors Prochared, Turbo, Bower and Nitrous. There is a bug that I am working on fixing and that is that the textures don't work when the mod is packed. so to get the textures to work you have to unpack the mod. I have a update coming out soon for it.
