Part 2 is in a complete-enough state that we're ready to give you guys access to it! Part 1 is completely finished minus a few extra abilities like scarlet overdrive and barrages! Time-stop is also nearly completed in this version, with a new ability Time Reflex which is activated with H on the upper body and will stop time when ANYTHING enters a specific range of the user (Including bullets)
