I've been so excited to do these ever since the album dropped!! I have had so many wonderful messages and comments regarding the production of LIKE LIGHTNING and as you all know I handle all the production and engineering myself. So now I can finally share the behind the scenes with you all and you can see what I disappeared for nearly two years to do lmao.
Angel was such a special song because I always knew I wanted it to be a flamboyant pop song -- inspired by Grimes' Butterfly. You'll see in the video there's so many parts to it (FL Studio has a limit of 125 mixer channels and I filled 115 of them making this song) and I hope you enjoy getting to see them all.
Let me know which song you'd like to see the production of next! As I say in the video, I can't do Feeding Demons because I lost the project file, but anything else is fair game.
