i suppose you could call this a bit of style study! i figured since the Toon gals were pretty old, i wanted to try and draw them in a Hannah Barbera-esk style!
The first attempt was actually the second image. i went for a Captain Caveman and the Teen Angels vibe, where you've got the three relatively attractive and the weirdo goofball creature, and although it was a fun attempt, i don't LOVE how they turned out
Hence why i tried again! going for a more cartoony and Flintstone-y vibe, making the characters more diverse and shapely, instead of just "generic pretty women"i feel like i may have strayed a little too much from the source material, especially with Frite, but, it was still a fun challenge, so i figured i'd share it!
i need more excuses to draw the Icons!
