Alrighty-roo, a handful of more Magic the Gathering reprints cards that i finished up!
will probably be the last ones for a while since i want to get some comics ready before my big trip later in the month. i wanna make sure you guys have plenty of content while i'm away!
Now that i'm more familiar with the game, i felt these cards had a lot more use than the previous ones. they're more, utility cards, instead of specific character cards!
Except for Randy, that is. he's been my commander (main card) since i've started playing, and although i want to try some other decks, i've had a lot of fun building big crazy armies with him. and since he's such a big nerd, it felt appropriate to put him in charge! A much needed Randy spotlight!
We then have the obligatory Sol Ring card, that every deck has. Nothing crazy, but i'm quite happy with how it turned out! just a good excuse to draw a more shapely Glaze!
and this new Za card took me FOREVER to get right. i wanted to give her a new outfit as she's "posing" for this "promotional" art. Unlike Glaze or Frite, i imagine Za is a lot higher rank in her company, and doesn't do any real cooking/retail work anymore. She's more managerial, but since she's still the face of the company, she often poses in uniform and as if she's still the one doing the deliveries/cooking!
included here is also a little bonus view of the background hieroglyphics that i put far too much effort into considering you can barely see them on the card :)what can i say, i'm a sucker for detail, and i had a lot of fun trying to explain the Pizza ordering/cooking process through it! Totally worth staying up till 6AM working on it!
