i'm SO sorry for not uploading much this month. i kept meaning to make a post explaining why, but honestly i haven't been able to bring myself to even type it out until now.
i've been struggling pretty badly with my depression, anxiety, & adhd lately, & it's made it really hard to feel inspired or creative at all. even the things i love doing, like making sims & creating content, have felt overwhelming. i've always struggled with my mental health, but it's definitely gotten harder over the years. a lot of antidepressants haven't really worked well for me, which is why i tend to have a lot of ups & downs.
lately i've been trying my best to take care of myself a bit more by spending more time outside & with my dogs, who have honestly been the best comfort through all of this.
i'm doing my best to take things one step at a time & pull myself out of this place. i really do love creating & sharing with you all, & i'm not going anywhere! i just need a little patience while i get back on my feet.
