Domination Desire: Banished V2.12

Hello everyone! The time has come to release the 2.12 public version of the game which includes inlcudes story content together with suggested QoL features suggested by the community. Almost every change is listed in the Changelog. Apart from the full version, I'm also providing the V2.12 hotfix that supports versions 2.1 and 2.11. Just proceed with installation notes inside and you'll be good.

Apart from that, In the near future I'll be posting a roadmap update that will reveal what's to expect from the next update. Alongside the update there will be our first poll, but more on that will be posted in the development roadmap update.
